My past experiences with wordpress have made this a more viable blog for me to use (that is if it is okay with my lecturer which im sure i'll know soon). I have uploaded an A4 .pdf file and download button below incase the images enclosed in this post are not a decent enough size (another thing which ill find out in time). I am pretty nervous about my skill at drawing at present but I really want to be able to draw an idea that I can see in my head... its been a bit of a fixiation with me for the last few years.
The summer brief was to create 101 rough thumb nail concept images from provided inspiration sheets. We had to create an array of items fitting into 3 hierachies: "Machine", "Structure" & "Life form".
Clicking any images on this blog will open a bigger version (one which I consider a decent size), try it on the image next to this text.
Every image on this blog will have a larger component linked to the smaller preview in each blog post alternatively there is a .pdf link below for people to download. Comments can also be left below each post requiring simplistic email & identity with a capacha code.

Below are 101 rough sketches, I began to run out of ideas at 50 so some are mere rough hybrids. The red circle images on pages 7 & 8 show the 3 that I chose to refine into profile designs.

Well this concludes my first task on the behalf of my degree course at UCA, I hope the work I provided can (somewhat) cover the brief to a decent level. I will post a link to a .pdf file below with all the above work within, just incase my future lecturer wants to print an A4 version. Just right click the link below and choose "Save Target As" to download the .pdf.
Download the .pdf now!
Well thats it I hope you enjoyed the post.

Cool. Wouldn't you like to push these designs forward? You can always do a bit more then brief asks (of course after doing what you need to do). It would be interesting to see a bit more detailed or dynamic sketches. After you've done your work you are not forced to stick only to a pencil and paper.
