Unit 1: Anatomy - Time Management

Hello Everyone,

I'm exhausted but I have a plan (somewhat), ran into a few minor issues (my Holiday which happens to run past the 15th of Oct for an additional 2 weeks). This is a nightmare because our Unit 1 project is due in on the 20th, alas I mailed Phil so its in his hands.

As you can see above, I like to plan ahead to assure things are hit on time. I prefer to call these "Countdowns" which I (usually) name accordingly. In this case it is going to simply be the Unit Name/Number & Countdown. They are basically rows of post it notes stuck on a timeline leading up to the final deadline date...

I do this process for everything with an expiry (except milk I mean why bother). As you can see the last few days are empty just in case Phil wants me to blast stuff off before leaving (which will be very hard). Anyway once I have completed a post it I stick it in a post it box (which I keep at home), why do I do this?

Because one day if someone asks me what I went through to work in this business I can slam the box down and say "that's what I had to do". Its self rewarding to know I have come so far and these post its are a little reminder of where I was and where I am now.

Anyway, I'm off to relax now got some sketching to do tomorrow.

Over & Out,

  2. Great idea, thanks for sharing - I really struggled with planning and time management last year so I am off to bulk buy post-its!

  3. So so good! I must do me one of those!!
